Before we start
Tell us where your child gets on and off the bus, so we can let you know when it is coming.
Please do this standing at the stop.
Your phone will ask permission to use your location. We use it only to
work out which stops are nearest to you, on this phone — we do not store
where you are, only how far you were from the stop you choose.
Either way you can choose any stop. Standing at it just means we can show you which one is nearest.

To pick the right stop, your phone has to know which kerb you are standing on. Right now it only knows the neighbourhood.
Android — Chrome
- Open Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Location.
- Choose Allow only while using the app, and turn Use precise location on.
- Come back here and press Reload below.
iPhone — Safari or Chrome
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Pick your browser, choose While Using the App, and turn Precise Location on.
- Come back here and press Reload below.
